im back

Hellooo!! I just came back from freedom camp yday. and i was very tired and had a headache so i actually skipped school today. nyek nyek nyek. this camp was a great camp! it was participated by only a small group of campus students, less 20, but we had soooo much fun!! am i sure? YES MAN! so muchhh. *stretch my hands wide-wide* :D

11th of july

Our journey to perak, tapah was fun. We played mafia and laughed like nobody's bussiness! when we reached the campsite, Pastor David (our camp speaker) and his leaders, ele, benji and yvonne from acts church welcomed us. Right after arrival, we changed to suitable clothings and went for stream-trotting. And i thank God that i didnt kena leech bite!! heehee. After that, our camp speaker, Pr David shared his sermon with us. I was so blessed by what he had shared. I've learnt a lot. That night, the great presence of God just fell upon the place. Frontliners campus group was challenged to be used by God to bring a revolution in Schools, colleges, universities, penang and even Malaysia. For me personally, i have to start with MBS. :)

12th of july

Started our morning with prayer and devotion. had our breakfast and then we had our second session with Pr. David. He shared great testimonies with us on how God is moving among his campus group. All we need to do is just allowing God to use us. Then, we had our workshop with Pr Tom. After that, we played games..captain ball and war game. War game is fun! We threw one another water balloons and yeah, we had a war :p we then prepared ourselves for Sarah's wordshop. It was about going against the culture of the world. You can go around asking your friends, what's their dream? The common answers are become rich, have nice cars, big houses, handsome husband, hot wife or maybe wives...etc.. They are all chasing after what they define as "happiness". But true happiness is not that. It's more than that. So what if you're rich, so what if you have the hottest wife on earth or handsome-est husband? Can u bring these things along with u when u die? these so called "happiness" are just temporary. Only God can give us everlasting promises n joy even after we die..bcuz our God is eternal! at night, we had our last session. We were challenged to be brave for God. We need to decide whether we want to be brave for God. Look around you, everywhere is a hard ground. As long as we make the right decision, God will give us the boldness that we need. No matter how hard the ground is, when you take up courage, God will show up.. Followed by continuity. To have spiritual courage, we need spiritual strength that is the word of God. By filling yourself with the word of God is the way to continuity. The harvest are plentiful but the workers are few. The answer is You.

13th of July

On the last day, Wai wai shared her testimony with us. She shared on how God changed her from a baby christian into a mature christian. After her sharing, we packed our bags and get ready to head back to penang. In the bus, I received hui sien's msg. I got a band 5 in my muet!! YEAHHHHH :) i seriously didnt expect to get a band 5 cuz i only aim for band 4. To be honest, i can't really speak in eng fluently. even in my muet trial, i did so badly..I know, and im sure that It's not by my own effort bt God's grace. I repeat, God's grace!! Praise God for His grace that is overflowing!! And His mighty presence throughout the whole duration of the camp!
