More than just pointing out the 'problems',
I need to learn to come out with solutions.
Because it is not about proving that someone is wrong or not good enough, to make them look bad. It is about helping them to see an error when it is there, and then helping them find a way to correct the error.
Because my God is in the business of restoring and building people up,
not tearing them down.
